Sign up for your Audio Conference account with the Global Value Plan starting at $9.99, $14.99, $19.99 to $49.99 with 100% talk time value. One you have purchased any of the plans mentioned above, you will be assigned your Conference pass code and other credentials to initiate a conference session.
To start your Audio Conference session, simply enter your Leader (Host) Passcode right below Conference Code towards to the top of the WhizCall Audio Conference console as indicated here in the video.
Once you have entered your login credentials, you are ready to initiate your Conference session by simply entering the desired destination number or your participant / contacts number as indicated.
You can dial the numbers as well using our dial pad or select the Contacts tab to retrieve your WhizCall Global Address Book Contacts that includes your Outlook Contacts.
Simply click on the contact with the desired home, business number and include on your Conference sessions participants list. You can add up to 16 participants for just a nominal one time charge of $5 per channel / participant / contact.
Once you have selected your Conference session list of participants, simply click on the Start Conference tab.
WhizCall will call your default call back number and then one by one initiate another call to each of the participant. Within seconds your Conference Session can be initiated.
Once your session is ongoing, you can mute / un-mute yourself from the conversation or the conference session
You can Lock / Unlock any more participant / contact on the ongoing conference session as shown on the video.
You can Disconnect any of the participant and stop or end the conference session by clicking the Stop tab. Use the Clear List tab to remove all the participants from your conference session list.
